On April 11, the Serafin association organized a day of exchanges on French and European public policies, local initiatives to promote efficient and affordable renovation for all, and bank financing of this momentum.

Over 300 participants gathered at the Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CESE) in Paris, or by videoconference for some European participants. The day was an opportunity to discover the local players and initiatives involved in supporting households in their energy-efficient renovation projects, and facilitating access to financing at both national and European level.
